Throughout the Scriptures, the contrast of light and dark is clearly communicated. As 1 John reads, “If we say that we have fellowship with (God), and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.” (1 John 1:6-7)  Jesus said to his disciples, “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid.” (Matthew 5:14). Therefore, Shachah encourages all believers to be the light that the world needs to see by living as examples of Jesus Christ, thus casting away the dark clouds of lies that keep people from seeing the shining beauty of true light.

“Let The Light In” presents a wide range of emotion and exhortation over a musical journey of ear-pleasing melodies and rhythms. From the chill, soulful grooves of the title track which motivates believers to “Let The Light In,” to “Turn,” the aggressive, rock-driven anthem that pleas with all to “choose this day who you will follow,” to the upbeat, catchy sounds of the funk gospel chorus on “None Forsaken” that celebrates the Lord’s faithfulness.  “Let The light In” presents the good news of the gospel and the power of Christ to bring anyone out of darkness into His marvelous light.
